    Welcome to Sending Hope Club!

    Next few meeting dates:

    January 8, 15, 22, 29

Sending Hope is a FREE community service club where students will come together to help spread hope and positive messages to those dealing with hardships.

The mission of this club is to understand that people may be fighting a battle you know nothing about and that it’s important to be hopeful and helpful in those times of need. Students will participate in activities that uplift and support those in need. Activities include but are not limited to:  making blankets to donate, packaging lunches for the homeless, creating holiday baskets for children, and facilitating food drives.

A few times a year, students will travel off of the Haines/Memorial campus to participate in service projects after school and will need to be picked up at the location in which the project is being held. These service projects have not yet been determined but more information will be forthcoming.

The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 and every Wednesday thereafter. Students will meet in room 34 at Memorial from 2:15-3:10 pm. We will not meet on half days. If Sending Hope is cancelled or rescheduled, students and guardians will be notified via Homeroom Headlines and email.
