    UPDATE:

    The club will begin on Thursday, September 26th at 2:15pm.  The club will meet thereafter every Thursday on full days and when late busing is provided at 3:15 pm.  The club will meet in the Media Center at Memorial School. 

    Students MUST have a late bus pass (purchased from the main office at either Haines or Memorial)  OR  the students must be picked up (at Memorial Mill Street entrance by Memorial cafeteria). On occasion, there may be a time when the club will be extended and transportation will need to be provided.  Information will be provided when this occurs. 

    If the club has to be canceled, parents will be emailed as soon as possible.  Students will also be notified through daily announcements on homeroom headlines.

    For the first meeting, sixth-grade students will gather in the Haines cafeteria and be escorted to Memorial.  Thereafter, the sixth graders will walk over to Memorial by themselves.

    Beyond the Brick - (Thursdays): 2:15 - 3:15 pm - Challenge your minds and hands through collaborative building sets and freestyle projects. Each session will provide games and building challenges to embody fun, teamwork, and fostering individual creativity. Through the use of LEGO signature bricks, the possibilities are endless. (For the first club meeting, Haines members will gather at Haines and then be escorted to Memorial. Thereafter, Haines members are expected to come to the Media Center after dismissal on club dates).
    The first meeting of Beyond the Brick will be held in October from 2:15 - 3:15 pm. The club will meet thereafter every Thursday on full days/when late busing is provided. Students must have a late bus pass (purchased from the main office) or parent pick up. If the club has to be cancelled or rescheduled, parents will be emailed as soon as possible. The club may extend pass 3 pm on some occasions, requiring parents to provide transportation home at 4 pm.
